The Tallebudgera Gaol is typical of small goals found around the Gold Coast towards the end of the 1800’s. This gaol is one of only two surviving examples of this type of gaol on the Gold Coast, the other is the original Nerang gaol which is now located in the Country Paradise Parkland in Nerang.
